My room had everything in it that I needed-microwave, kettle, toaster; even a corner spa in the bathroom! The bed was a comfortable queen size- crisp fresh linen & towels changed if I desired. The staff were extremely kind & helpful. I enjoyed a gorgeous view over the city from my own private balcony & with reverse cycle heat pump, I could keep the temp just right! Great place to stay with city park, aquatic centre, shops & eating places all very close. I didnt pay any more than I would have to stay in a cabin at a caravan park, so very satisfied!

While Adina Place looks a bit old when approaching it from the road, the back of the hotel is a much better example of the quality of the hotel. Lovely balconies overlooking Launceston and surrounds. The rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need. The owners/employees of the facility are lovely and friendly and glad to help out. Only minutes walk to town and close to lovely City Park.

The location is perfect which is close to the city park, and have a panaramic view of Launceston city. The room is clean and room is spacious. And most of all, the service is good, And Kellie is warm hearted. In a word, we have very good experience.

Clean and reasonable rate nice little 2br. Enjoyed the walks to city. Free newspapers to pickup. The kitchen has everything we needed. The shower current is quite weak but the toilet flush is very forceful :-) Highly recommended.

We stayed at Adina just before New Year. It is really wonderful views of the city, along with the comfort. We booked 2 bedroom apartments for 4 adults. Very convenience and comfortable. Cleaning service is every day. The reception was very friendly and hospitable. When they realise we where a big tea lovers they left double amount in next day. Reasonable rates for such a wonderful place in a central location. The city was within easy walking distance. We will definitely stay at Adina again if we go to Launceston.

We have stayed at Adina twice and have enjoyed our stay each time. Great Customer Service. Management & Staff are willing to be flexible to make your stay an enjoyable one. Close to the city and attractions. Rooms are presented in a clean and tidy manner. Car park is a little tight at times but overall good value accomadation. Thanks Kellie and the staff at Adina. Four-story place away from highway by 2 blocks but on a major thru-street Intersection had no traffic light. Therefore noise was mostly tire-noise, not shifting. Across from park (entry to room) and overlooking city toward river (bedroom) � Thin, one-room building. Comfortably large with space for bed, kitchen and table with two chairs. Kitchen with 4-burner electric stove and oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, dishes, flatware, and microwave. TV. Nice bathroom with hairdryer. Pipes squealed when hot water in shower turned on, but went away when flow achieved. Proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

We book our mainland bands into Adina apartments. Its central to the city so they can have a look around while they're here for a short trip. I checked out the rooms prior to booking and they were smartly decorated, very clean and comfy, spacious and warm in the middle of winter when we bought our first band over from Sydney. So far we've had 2 bands stay and they have had nothing but praise for our choice of accommodation, and they've been greatly appreciative and impressed with the location and the fantastic views over Launceston.

The 2 bedroom units were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us on tours or anything extra required in our room. The bathroom was a good size for older children and parents. The location was handy to all shops and eateries. I would stay there again if visiting Launceston

We stayed in a ground floor room, and entered our room from the car park which was free ( a bonus in Tasmania) it had a king size bed that was clean and comfortable, a shower over the spa which was somewhat difficult for us elderly. We stayed three nights and found it very quiet at night though it is only a short distance to the city centre and some major attractions.The facilities that we needed were freely available and the staff were wonderful, told us where to eat, the best way to get to an attraction or whatever. And of course the price was right and very reasonable in comparision to other places we stayed in Tasmania. We would recommend these apartments.

Staff at Adina were helpful and knowledgeable. The Adina is centrally located and we were able to walk to most locations. The room was clean and comfortable with a great outlook over Launceston.

Great location and the perfect resting place. This is an older type property but well maintained and remodelled. The balcony supplies the perfect outlook. The room was very comfy with all the bits. Close to the city centre and everything else really. Could not fault this place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Go visit the local park to see the monkeys - a highlight. Not at all noisy considering the location.

I stayed with my partner for 6 nights and we were both so happy with the whole experience. I am originally from Launceston and as I was taking my partner 'home' for the first time, it was really important that everything was perfect and Marty & Kellie definitely ensured this was the case. Perfect service, extremely clean rooms and friendly staff has cemented Adina as our preferred choice for accommodation when staying in Launceston. I can't recommend Adina enough and you will not be disappointed by staying there. Right in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything and brilliant accommodation - what more could you ask for. We will definitely be back - and soon!!
Room Tip: The spa rooms are brilliant - after a long day of walking and sightseeing, nothing better than relaxing in a nice, hot spa!

The owners (a couple with 2 young kids) of this property were friendly and helpful to listen to our numerous requests. The exterior of the property looks a little dated but the location is great. Less than 10 mins walk you are in the middle of the city with shops & restaurants. A short 8 mins drive will bring you to Cataract Gorge. There are ample parking lots in this property. We were given a corner 2-bedroom unit with balcony. The rooms looked a little tired & basic but clean and functional. There's foxtel cable (limited channels) and WiFi (chargable). One aircon/heater unit in the living room but there are no heaters in both rooms. Luckily all beds come with electric blankets. Overall it was a good place for overnight on your way to Hobart or the Cradle Mt.

The scenic view of Launceston City from the 3rd floor balcony is breathtaking and priceless! The location is great as it is within easy reach to both, the shopping areas and Cataract Gorge! Adequate parking space, within one's view from the balcony. A great value for money! Not forgetting Adina Place Motel's helpful and friendly hosts Marty and Kellie Neu!

"Best Place to stay in Launceston" - We stayed at Adina Place for 2 weeks. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a 2 bedroom apartment (Room 34). The apartment was great, had everything we needed, very clean, warm, comfortable and a great shower. The north facing balcony overlooking the city was the best part of it. Kellie and Marty were fantastic hosts - we only booked for a week but needed to stay another 10 days and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Adina Place is walking distance to the heart of Launceston.We will recommend Adina Place to anybody who visits Launceston, whether on business or on holiday. Great value for money and free off street Parking!!! Room Tip:

Facilities for access to the cbd and for vehicle parking. The room was small but comfortable. The crockery and cutlery supplied was of good quality and if I had known that this was available I would have used it by purchasing food to consume in my room. I will avail of this service the next time I travel with my wife on a business trip. The bath liquid dispensers were of excellent quality. Much better than the little slivers of soap that budget hotels provide. The Jacuzzi worked well and for budget price I had a very relaxed overnight stay.

My husband, adult son and I stayed at Adina place twice in the period of two weeks. The apartments are very well situated close to the centre of Launceston. On arrival there was complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar which was very welcome after a long journey. The reception is also stocked with essentials, tourist info and complimentary newspapers as well as friendly and helpful staff. The two bed roomed apartments were big enough for three adults and were very comfortable and clean. Towels were refreshed every day. Cooking facilities were good and we managed to self cater easily. I would definitely stay in these apartments again if we are ever lucky enough to visit Tasmania again.

We stayed here in April 2011 during a tour of Tasmania. The accommodation was very central - only a short walk in to the centre, clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for three adults. Beds were very comforatble. Towels changed every day. Friendly service. Everything we could have hoped for and more.

We were on the third floor and loved the view over Launceston. The lift was convenient and we never had to wait long. The owners/staff at reception were always friendly and helpful. Our apartment had two bedrooms of a good size and a comfortable living area with rennovated kitchen area. It was very comfortable for 3 adults, and would also suit a small family. It's an easy walk to the city centre, the city park or the waterfront restaurants.(Although the uphill bit coming back is a bit slower!) Parking at the rear was free and relatively easy to get in and out of. This is a really comfortable, convenient place to stay at a very reasonable price. It won't have the glamour of a classier hotel - but then you're not paying those sort of rates. I would definitely stay there again. The exterior is an unimposing box-like structure but belies the value within!

We started at ADINA PLACE in Launceston. The hosts were really friendly and the unit was clean and well-equipped, although the decor was a little dated. However, we ended our trip back at Adina Place about a week later and this time had a renovated unit. Once again, it was immaculately clean and well-equipped. This was our first trip to Tassie but I hope it will not be our last. We are raving about it to friends, and I always mention TasVillas Group.

We had a great time staying at the Adina Motel Apartments. Thank you both for your friendly welcome, and always being there to help with information about where to visit, etc. Being in a party of 10 from NZ we used a unit as a "base" to gather each evening, and found the units roomy and bright and clean. We wish you well in your venture at Adina, as you haven't been there for very long, but our impression is that you will do very well!
